Job Description :

Review on user requirement and project/contract execution plan to define related metering system engineering/service plan.
Implement engineering and services in various metering system related projects, service contract, and technical support
Deliver engineering work, calculation analysis, drawings and document, reports, troubleshooting and required resolution and controls according to engineering plan and/or in case failure/defected system/device.

Qualification :

S1 Degree from Engineering majors, S1 Physics/Instrument Engineering is strongly preferable
Minimum 3 years working experience as Software Developer
Capable to define engineering / service plan is detailed activities and items.
Capable to device/systems/software implementation based on engineering design
Capable to read and develop various instrumentation and system engineering drawing/diagrams and documents (i.e System Architecture Diagram, Functional Design & Specification, Instrument Data Sheets, HMI Design, Wiring Diagram) according to project scope.
Capable to do testing/diagnostic/troubleshooting and resolutions control over related systems device quality issues.
Have strong knowledge or actively using Metering Standards International, Metering Systems and custody transfer, Flow Computers Product, Gas Chromatograph product, Flowmeter product, prover, software HMI development, drawing/diagram tools.
Good in verbal communicating i.e do training, customer workshop, presenting solution.
