Job Responsibilities
Able to develop, lead and manage team while delivering business results
Able to make independent decisions for medium-term planning, objective setting and development of new procedures within area of responsibility
Able to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issues and provides alternative scenarios.
Provides and implements business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints
Able to develop and manage key internal/external client relationship across sphere of influence as well to ensure achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones
Involves and monitors reports on budgetary aspects and performance against financial parameters
Initiates and promotes continuous improvement programs across sphere of influence
Qualifications:
At least 15 years managerial & management reporting experience
Strong experience in Trust & Safety (Content Moderation)
Proven track record with experiences managing productivity-drive operation
Strong organizational, leadership & analytical skills
General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
Able to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
