Your Role You will be responsible to carry out assessments of existing solutions or new solution and document as required. Review deliverables and documents to ensure compliance with company, client and industry standards. Deliver the solution based on customer requirement. Your Responsibilities
  • Developing, modeling, simulating, testing, and quality assurance for a required software application.
  • Own the delivery of Software and Engineering documentation for Customers as per service offering.
  • Software Engineer for regional customers supporting Ciena applications.
  • Work with peers / partner to ensure proposed designs and/or solutions are technically viable and meet customer requirements.
  • Work with peers / partner to reviews and drive dry-runs of custom methods or procedure prior to field execution.
  • Work with peers / partner to design, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) producing detailed test-plan’s and acceptance criteria.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study.
  • 3 - 5 Year of working experience in Software development.
  • Sound experience with Python scripting.
  • Sound experience with MYSQL.
  • Sound experience with restAPI and JSON.
  • Sound experience with Microservice Based Architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Linux/VM/Cloud based environment.
  • Experience with Microservice Based Architecture: Dockers, Containers, various DevOps tools.
  • Experience with automation using scripting languages, such as Bash and/or Python.
  • Experience with North bound interfaces (REST/TMF), CURL, JSON.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MYSQL, Clickhouse.
  • Experience with configuration management platforms such as Ansible, Puppet and Chef.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Software Define Network (SDN) and NFV.
