Job Description

Join our Contract Logistics team to add your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to lead the Contract Logistics business unit via a matrix organization to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • To develop new business opportunities, engaging your specialist + operational teams to deliver in accordance with agreed service levels within our financial targets.
  • To drive the successful implementation of new customers in a dynamic business environment.
  • To be responsible for the overall financial management + success of the department.
  • To drive productivity through tried + tested activities; focusing on continuous improvement at all times.
  • To develop + implement customer retention strategies + activities.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Strong leadership skills + knowledge of the Contract Logistics industry
  • Excellent customer + stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge across our operations, products + services
  • Possess the key attributes for the National Contract Logistics Manager role
