About the Role
The Employee Services Lead will oversee and support the HR Operations functions, ensuring the excellent service is delivering to our employees and stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Hands-on management on delivering excellent customer service experience for our employee
Consistently meet service standards and make improvement in areas where necessary
Management of the employee service platforms: tech support, employee relations, user community, employee training, employee satisfaction
What You Will Need
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques to think and react strategically on critical situation
Strong customer-facing and communication skills, advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Skilled oral and written communication and cross-regional communication experience
Excellent proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) - mail merge, lookup, pivot
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, time management
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
