About The Role: Working at a fast-paced technology startup like HappyFresh would be a great experience for college students who are seeking exposure to the professional world. For the Accounting Intern position, we are looking for a team player with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate would be someone with great Accounting skills and a get-things-done attitude.

What You Will Do

    • Maintain invoice control list to track the status of all circulating invoices
    • Checking the supermarket receipt to ensure the data is correct
    • Maintain the transmittal process and ensure the invoices have been well received by clients
    • Help to provide documents for Loan if needed
    • Preparing legal letters for collection needs
    • Provide and compile bank statement
    • Monthly transaction checking for profit sharing
    • Mark-up fraud check

What Will You Need

    • Final year student or fresh graduates from Accounting major (Bachelor or D3)
    • Willing to work a minimum of 6 months for this internship.
    • Familiarity with Xero Accounting Software
    • Understand Financial Accounting journals
    • Eyes of an Eagle-you must have extraordinary attention to detail, be organized, able to work in fast-paced
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
