Job Description

Principal Responsibilities

  • Drive a profitable and continuous sales growth
  • Create and maintain an intricate networks of business partners and end users.
  • Demand creation through partners/end users and continuously growing the pipeline
  • Work with the technical and marketing team to drive Prysmian brand and earn acceptance in projects
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and prepare sales forecast for weekly sales review and monthly reporting
  • Working with end user and consultants to spec-in Prysmian solution.
  • Work with various organization functions (marketing, technical, logistic and customer service) to ensure efficient and effective support for the customer
  • Collaborate with Other Business Units to grow MMS business through One Prysmian offering.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of related work experience gained from similar industry or system integrator.
  • Proficient knowledge in cabling solutions associated in Structured Cabling, Data Center, Building Management Systems (Access Controls) and Security and Fire Safety.
  • Work with consultant/end user to position Prysmian as the brand of choice
  • Proven experience in managing distributors, installers, end users including managing partners conflict
  • Experience in driving the brand through consultants distributor, partners training and events.
  • Proven success in similar capacity

Other Essential

  • Fair command of English
  • Good understanding of structured cabling solution
  • Data center certification (CDCP) will be strong advantage
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Independent and self starter
  • Presentation skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
