Job Description

Location: Indonesia Jakarta Work Type: Full Time
  • Experience working in related field at least 2 years
  • Have background experience from Metal Manufacture would be advantage
  • Good Communication as well as English skill

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the achievement of HSE targets.
  • To conduct regular audits to surface problems and improvement opportunities in all areas including safety.
  • To ensure high standards of house keeping (5S) and visual management are maintained on shop floor at all times
  • Conduct training and to coach all team members to continuously improve their understanding and skills in areas of HSE.
  • To lead proactively in the company’s Safety, Health and Environmental policies and systems and to ensure implementation of all group safety policies and standards to create a safe work environment.
  • To issue work permit for all non – repetitive / one- off jobs with help from Operations Manager.
  • Ensure availability and upkeep of appropriate firefighting facility and other safety protection system.
  • Participate in doing Risk Assessments of all tasks carried out in factory
  • To maintain all HSE data and report to Operations Manager
  • To assist Operations Manager in implementing all major HSE project

Dimension of Position :

  • Zero LTI
  • Comply government regulation for HSE
  • Comply company HSE standards
  • Act as contact person to external parties related to HSE

Qualifications :

  • University Degree from Engineering - Preferable Safety or Industrial
  • Minimum 2 years in deeply involved for initiating and maintain HSE compliance
  • Good Skill of process safety management, risk assessment, etc
  • Good skill to apply of problem solving tools
  • Good skill to apply 5S as system in factory
  • Good exposure to best practices and procedures in HSE
