About the Role
As our People Business Partner for the Gojek Corporate team, you'll be a seasoned and strategic People and Culture (PAC) thought partner to a specific set of Corporate functions. Like a superhero, you'll trade between business imperatives and the needs of our GoTroops, contributing hands-on efforts at the strategic level in partnership with relevant client groups, mostly at the executive rank and above. Starting as an individual contributor, your role may evolve into leading a team of one or more People Business Partners down the road. You'll get ample opportunity to work on a variety of global projects, acting as a thought-leader by sharing your knowledge, experience, and people-related best practices among the broader PAC team across the Gojek ecosystem.

About the Team
The Corporate People Business Partner (PBP) team is a newly formed team of 6, reporting to the Head of Corporate People Business Partners based in Singapore. Our goal is to ensure our Global Corporate teams are best positioned to deliver exceptional work, and are optimally structured to ensure Gojek meets or exceeds its ambitious set of business objectives.
Each PBP team member partners with at least one Executive-level leader on areas such as organization, design, effectiveness, workforce planning, change management planning & intervention, talent management, and delivery of COE/PBP co-created cyclical programs (e.g. pay and promo cycle, engagement surveys, and talent reviews). This is a bona fide PBP role, with a need for strategic partnering & influencing at the highest levels of our 5,000+ employee organization. This is also an extremely exciting time for our team given our vast growth, our market positioning, and where we are on our PAC roadmap.
