Work Environment


As HR Manager, you will be responsible to develop, guiding, managing, deploying, and managing the overall provisions of Human Resources services, policies, operations, and programs for the company including monitoring the implementation of policy and procedure.


You will be reporting to Country Manager – Indonesia and matrix reporting line to Regional HR Manager - APAC and the Legal & Ethics & Compliance Officer – APAC.

Mission


Human Resource Management

  • As a single point of contact, implement and monitor the implementation of all HR strategy, policy, and program from Headquarter or Regional to ensure the implementation run smoothly.
  • Addressing employees’ queries and providing advice, e.g.: compensation, benefits, employee dispute, project issues, etc.
  • Structuring benefits packages for employees and freelancers.
  • Handle full cycle of the recruitment process including the job posting, screening CV, interview, preparing offering letter, and employment agreement.
  • Prepare HR report to Tractebel BU and Regional monthly, semesterly, and annually.
  • Maintain employee database, monitor employee contract period, and prepare the extension letter.
  • Perform all HR operational activities including payroll administration, Health insurance administration, leave administration, etc.
  • Coordinates with Agent for the arrangement of working permit for Expatriates and monitor the expiration to renew their KITAS.
  • Keep abreast with Indonesian Regulation related to Labor Law and Working Permit.

Ethics & Compliance and Data Privacy

  • As Ethics and Compliance Officer for Indonesia perimeter are responsible to ensure all E&C programs, policies, and procedures stipulated by the Group implemented in Indonesia.
  • Conduct Ethics Checks and Due Diligence for all related parties for new projects in Indonesia.
  • Conduct Ethics Checks and Due Diligence in the HR process (recruitment process) for a sensitive position.
  • Prepare regular reports regarding Ethics & Compliance to Tractebel BU including Annual Ethics Report, ERM Risk Assessment Report.
  • Handle any grievance which comes in the Whistleblowing system.
  • Act as Data Privacy Officer for Indonesia perimeter and roll out the Data Privacy program in the entity.

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Human Resources Management or Law, preferably from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience at managerial level and in a multi-national company with matrix coordination of reporting.
  • Good understanding of the business issues and are eager to work in an international environment.
  • Pragmatic, flexible, and solution-seeking.
  • Team player, good interpersonal, and excellent communication skills.
  • Good entrepreneurial spirit and well-organized.
  • Ability to cope with stress and meet deadlines.
  • Rigorous and professional.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • This position is based in Jakarta.
