Objectives of the role RequiredThe purpose of this role is to manage and align implementation of Quality and Food Safety management system within Danone SN Indonesia Factories - East, assuring the adherence to all internal Quality & Food Safety, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and the adherence to the Supply Point relevant - regulatory requirements.
This role is to drive continual improvements & recommendations with regards to quality and food safety improvements through managing verification (audit & assessment).
This role is also responsible to lead iCare related activities and promote to the Quality/Food Safety Culture in the factories in scope. Part of promoting the Q/FS culture, this role also responsible to build an integrated QFS compliance learning programs both basic and advance chapters in accordance with all related standards in order to upgrade compliance knowledge of employees in factories in term of quality & food safety.
Align with the digital spirit of Danone, this role is also responsible to drive a digital way of working within the scope of Q/FS in the context of factories in scope.
