Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
  • Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation according to local/international standard and customer requirement.
  • Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Interacts with the cross-department in the identification and resolution of product quality problems in supplier, production, and customer.
  • Interacts with the cross-department for any quality issues. Shall provide technical quality guidance according to customer requirements, and standards.
  • Develops process quality Audit plans in all machines.
  • Assists in the development of test controls, process controls, quality plans, and acceptance levels for new and existing products.
  • assisting the maintenance of quality certifications. Participates in and coordinates internal and external audits of processes, ensuring the smooth and successful outcome of audits.
  • Establish RCA for any non-conformity found at the process, testing, or customer site. Evaluate the correction actions and monitor implementation to resolve those problems.
  • Organize and coordinate handling and analysis of non-conformity products and material found at the process, testing, or customer.
  • Assists testing witnesses upon request by the customer.
  • Working closely with manufacturing, planning, R&D, and engineering for new projects, trials, and qualifications, and issuing qualification reports.
  • Develop and initiates requirement for material specification.
  • Initiate continual improvement projects and be part of the committees such as Kaizen, 6S, etc
  • Ensuring HSE implemented in the workplace
Job Specification :
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in electrical engineering.
  • 5 years experience in QA/QC from electrical, and electronics manufacturing.
  • Able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Able to work in any circumstances of a factory environment.
  • Well knowledge of local/international standards for electrical goods or their application
  • Experience in organizing, and coordinating continual improvement project
