Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
Implement all relevant procedures described in the Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO/IEC17025, ISO/IEC17020 & OHSAS18001) and ensure compliance
Ensure that the Management Systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
Monitor audit findings and CAPAs are timely addressed
Monitor company certification and accreditation certificates
Provide training in all aspects of the Management Systems and application of procedures
Investigate and record customer complaints regarding services performance, specifications and reliability
