Job Description

Ninja Xpress have more than 1 thousand Mitras all over Indonesia in less than 3 years. We are working with them to provide the best experience for our customer or shipper in sending parcels by giving extra value added services and be closer to the customer.

Responsibilities

    • Verify shipper registration data and coordinate with sales team
    • Monitor the shipper account creation process
    • Generate and archive shipper's contract
    • Coordinate with finance team if needed
    • Update daily volume of onboarded shipper on volume monitoring dashboard.

Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor graduate
    • Microsoft office skill, conscientious, able to work with a team, good communication skill.
