Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Menerima Panggilan telepon masuk dari customer ke call center
  • Memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dan menangani pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh pelanggan
  • Melayani konsumen dengan ramah dan cepat
  • Mendengarkan setiap keluhan dengan baik yang disampaikan konsumen atau customer
  • Memberikan solusi terbaik terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi komsumen atau customer

  • Wanita (Usia Max 28 tahun)
  • Pendidikan Min D3
  • Memiliki pengalaman dibidang call center min 1 tahun
  • Berpenampilan menarik
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, Fast Learner, Responsif
  • Kemampuan mendengar yang baik
  • Penempatan : Jakarta Selatan (Pondok Indah/Distric 8)
