Expectations Of This Role:
Identify, prioritize and progressively expand market presence in key destinations by introducing prospective high potential partners to Air Asia.
Passionately own and manage account hotels under assigned key destinations with highest integrity.
Ensure optimized content, pricing and availability competitiveness throughout with superior revenue management services.
Analyze, visualize and discuss market trends with line managers to influence new and existing hotel partners to help grow our business portfolio.
Train hotel partners to familiarize with our platform, tools and business model.
Perform market visitation to hotel partners based on scheduled arrangement from team lead to sustain and develop strong partner relationship.
Continuously promote, including but not limited to Air Asia Digital's products from other Line Of Business (LOB) as when business needs arisen.
Execute effectively based on KPI metrics and other reasonable duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from accredited universities in relevant field.
Relevant professional experience of 1-2 years.
Good time management and organizational skills with attention to details.
Ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and always eager to learn.
Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and present ideas clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint and G Suite.
Result-driven and passionate in building long term partner relationship.
Dedicated team player with a "Can Do" attitude.
