Job Description

A French clothing production brand in Dalung, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic Production Manager (Full-time).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Production planning for the next garment production and organize the production timeline
  • Overseeing garment production, label and packaging also ensuring the production process went well
  • Analyzing the budget for production
  • Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets, and timescales with production subcontractors
  • Report to General Manager about problems that happened within production
  • Monitor progress product Quality Control for shipment
  • Reporting to the General Manager to update production timeline and total finished product stocks
  • Supervising and managing junior staff (Assistance Production Manager)
  • Organizing product repair and ensuring the final product result are done
  • Organizing training sessions in Quality Control Department and Administration

Requirements:

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven experience as a production director or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of production management
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
  • Degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
