Collecting employee's data related to administration process

Create design for job posting poster, company's event, etc

Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Protecting the interests of all employees.

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Full Work From Office in BSD, Tangerang Selatan
