IS LOOKING FOR AN REPAIRABLE & RENEWABLE SPARES (R&RS) COORDINATOR - MANUFACTURING


FUNCTION: Manufacturing

SUB FUNCTION: Production Engineering

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Manage all activities in R&RS with effective and efficient for one area. Ensure spares readiness to support maintenance (all type of maintenance) and ensure spares, Sub assembly and repairable part in good and standard condition and ready to deliver to production floor.

Reports to: Production Engineering Manager – Production Engineering

Geographic Scope: Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Carry out all routine activities in R&RS, both of R&RS internal operations (receiving spares, arrangement and control inventory, issuing spares) and support to the production process
  • Authorize to arrange R&RS Staff and OS
  • Authorize to arrange and control SAP for spares
  • Manage spares inventory in Plant R&RS
  • Review and analysis spares movement for both of quantity and type
  • Ensure all spares transaction are done correctly
  • Review and analysis spares movement for both of quantity and type
  • Lead implementation R&RS DMS in Plant
  • Ensure and control spares readiness 100%
  • Review and control spares inventory criteria (Consumable, MPS, Plan corrective and Critical)
  • Ensure and develop R&RS Staff capabilities are achieve the target
  • Conduct periodic skill gap assessment for R&RS Staff
  • Lead and organize R&RS Staff and Outsource

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum diploma’s degree (D4) or equivalent (preferable from electrical engineering)
  • Have experience minimum 2 years of work experience as R&RS Staff / Sr. Mechanic / Sr. Staff
  • Understand and qualified SWP MMIS/SAP and DMS R&RS
  • Capable to lead R&RS staff include implementation PM DMS/SWP
  • Understand basic IWS knowledge
  • Understand IWS basic knowledges especially on AM-PM Pillar
  • Technical Mastery R&RS
  • Operate in SAP software
  • Strong capability in MS Excel is an added advantage.
  • Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal, good communication & collaborates skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management across functions
  • Proactive and open to change & new insights.
  • Able to work in shifts.
