A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Manager, Quality Management & HSE like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.
Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids .

Key Accountabilities:
Management and supervision of QM and HSE activities at all locations, meeting given KPIs
Coordination with all external and internal parties on matters related to monitoring, control, and development of QM and HSE systems. Ensure all activities are in accordance with Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, Compliance and HSE.
Monitoring, planning, organization, and updates of ISO requirements and all necessary HSE aspects. Reporting of status, suggestions, and alerts to company management on QM, HSE, IT and Purchasing for system problems, deficiencies, improvements, and future developments.
Continuous strategy development and execution of business plan.
Cooperation with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, customer support and strategy.
Strong leadership and human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills.
