Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & Analyze Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly sales
  • Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance.
  • Prepare & Analyze Promotion efficiency and give feedback to Brand team
  • Perform Sales & Inventory analysis (Sell thru, Month on Hand, Size availability, etc) , and liaise with Merchandising team
  • Creating an intelligent buy plan & demand plan at SKU level after analyzing all stock related KPIs and liaise with Buyer.
  • Manage & track the OTB plan, esp. spend vs approved OTB budget
  • Monitor overall stock health KPIs like stock cover, size availability, ageing at SKU level and create alert mechanisms


Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Has 2-3 years experience in similar role
  • High comfort level with MS Office, esp. Power Point and Word
  • Advanced Ms. Excel skills
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of time phased forecasting and replenishment systems and parameters
  • Deep understanding of retail planning and inventory management needs
  • Fluent with English, good communication skills
  • Extremely high degree of attention to details
  • Ability to adapt on ever-changing business needs
  • Willing to listen to new ideas and learn
  • Excellent time management and people management skills
