As a Service Delivery Manager - Indonesia (Oilfield Industrial Chemical), you’ll manage the service delivery for the Chemical Operations portfolio by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence for assigned area of responsibility in a customer facing capacity.
As a Service Delivery Manager - Indonesia (Oilfield Industrial Chemical), you will be responsible for:
Managing day to day Chemical Operations
Owning the weekly revenue reporting and monthly Billing & Collections processes
Overseeing Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul activities for assigned facility
Collaborating with sales/commercial teams for assigned area to manage the activity forecast and implement pathways to grow the business
Ensuring flawless execution by recording all job information into our Salesforce Lightning-based job scheduling system
Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or equivalent
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Chemical Operations
Have team management experience with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Be self-motivated and highly organized
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Have demonstrate ability to analyse, resolve problems and ability to lead projects
Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Have established project management skills
