Job Description

As Project Manager , you will play an important role in setting the direction of PCS Group IT team. You will work with leaders and industry experts to define strategy, lead business-critical projects, set goals, and help the team to achieve performance targets.

# What You Will Do

1) Work with Stakeholders, Head of Business Development, and Product Manager in defining and executing business-critical projects

2) Lead business projects that require coordination across business streams within various project

3) Work with middle and senior management in setting the goals and targets

4) Work with functional and product teams to track business metrics performance and conduct management reporting

5) Represent the team in strategic discussions with both internal and external stakeholders

6) Allow the activities, trends, and regulations in the financial service space to become a better partner in setting the team strategy

7) Collaborate with business unit leaders to improve team organization and teamwork
# What You Will Need

1) Bachelor degree from Computer Science or Information Technology, master degree is a plus

2) At least 4 years working experience in related fields such as banking, consulting, or related IT industry

3) Strong technical skills. Familiar with cutting edge technology

4) Deep understanding of how the financial service industry and fintech companies work

5) Ability to analyze challenges and opportunities with data and critical reasoning

6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills to approach and persuade related stakeholders, and manage the expectations of senior-level management

7) Strong project management skills to manage complex projects

8) Build trust and positive collaboration as a leader
