Job Description

Customer Service & Distribution Supervisor

YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure all customer PO have been executed in P4S on time and accurate. Including customer return and sample/Free of Charge (FOC) product.
To lead, review and analyze all distribution/outbound and stock transfer (local and export) activity from all distribution centers meet the target. Coordinate with Export team for export loading plan.
To manage and monitor Finished Goods Inventory in all Distribution Warehouse. Make sure inventory accuracy meet 100 % against SAP in term of material, batch, quantity and status. And stock reconciliation between both system must be same in all time.
To monitor 3PL and external warehouse activity to achieve agreed KPI, including to check and approve their proforma invoice and proposal. To propose appreciation and penalty for improvement or violation from vendors.
Participate and supervise preparation for regular telco meeting with commercial team to have better alignment for commercial program execution including sales closing scenario. To prepare data and regular report on time and accurate to relevant parties.
To lead improvement program or any project in CS&D area, including digitalization program. (e.g. T&T, Scout).
To Lead and review order processor to meet the target and skill development.
To promote health, safety, environment program in all DC including audit. To be align with Bayer policy and local regulation.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor Degree in any Major
2-3 years experience as warehouse/logistic/customer service supervisor preferably in multinational company
Understand SAP system; Warehouse Management System; Transportation Management
Efficient, proactive and team player.
High commitment and integrity.
Proficient in english written and verbal
