  • Pendidikan min SMK/SMA semua jurusan, lebih di sukai jurusan pendidikan perhotelan/pariwisata
  • Usia min 27 dan maks 40 tahun
  • Domisili Jabodetabek
  • Memiliki kepribadian supel, pekerja keras, jujur dan disiplin
  • Pengalama di bidang House Keeping selama 2 tahun di Gedung Perkantoran, Apartemen atau Hotel
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu atau bekerja dengan tim dengan baik serta mengembangkan dengan sistem dan prosedur House Keeping
  • Mampu memahami prinsip dasar K3
  • Menguasai semua aspek kebersihan dan perawatan gedung dengan baik.
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat, tegas, komunikatif dan objektif Tanggung Jawab
  • Mampu membangun komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan Stakeholder mitra strategis
  • Memiliki komitmen memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk perusahaan
