JOB DESCRIPTION :
Receiving all guests and employees related to the corporation with warm welcoming greetings and punctuality at all periods.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, making outgoing calls as requested.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Receiving all letters and or packages and distributing them according to the designated recipient.
Maintaining office stationery stock and placing orders as necessary.
Prepare meeting room or other office facilities and make sure that all ready.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties and assist the General Affairs team for the administration.
