Responsibilities :

Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead, drive, coordinate implementation of Consumer Finance strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast including in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, macroeconomic indicators, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.

Business Performance and Process

  • Develop presentations for management and stakeholders on business performance, initiatives and activities
  • Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives.
  • Coordinate Consumer Finance KPI development, perform monitoring and regular distribution of KPI results/achievement.
  • Conduct regular CF business checkpoint (CF Management, partnership, business).
  • Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.

Business Compliance

  • Assist management in resource management (training compliant, staff data manifest, Job description, organization chart, etc.)
  • Assist management in business governance (vendor contract, regulatory audit, etc.)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Business Studies/Management
  • Min. 8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Basic understanding of risk management, preferably certified in Risk Management
  • Possess skills of analytical, project management, communication, influencing and able to use Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point)
  • Good understanding of banking process (sales, service and operations area) and banking products
  • Ability to work and coordinate across different functions to achieve common goals/objectives
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
