KEY OUTCOMES
HR Administrator role will support HR Department Head in day to day HR Service Delivery activities.
Ensure the HR administration function offers a high quality and consistent service across all Divisions and employees, whilst working to continually improve accuracy, processes and response times
Prepare all employee documentation including employment contracts, variation letters and reference requests ensuring 100% accuracy
Update and maintain employee changes in our HRIS, Workday, ensuring it is current and accurate at all times
Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes by liaising with Payroll to ensure all necessary details are accurately transferred between HR and Payroll, and guiding managers though the processes
Provide the Payroll team with information regarding salary changes, promotions, parental leavers, etc for the monthly payroll deadline on time in full.
Ensure ensure all procedures are well understood and adhered to by all employees including ensuring the compliance training is completed
Ensure concern for quality and pride in all work produced; be consistently careful and methodical with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistent delivery.
Be an effective, committed and participative team member in order to provide a first-class service to the group; contributing to the continuing development of the HR team
Consistently demonstrating situation sensitivity and confidentiality to ensure that the HR team is seen as a trusted and valued team within the organization.
CAPABILITIES
Holds minimum bachelor’s degree from well recognized International or Indonesian University. Majoring in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Management or other related subjects would be an added value.
1 – 2 years of experience in handling overall human resources activities in a multinational company which include high level decision making action. Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
Have experience in managing employee data, contract, policy, compliances, payroll, and employee relations.
Proven leadership skills and ability to lead projects.
Mature and able to coach and counsel employees’ query and problem.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Computer literate, good knowledge and skills in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. Have experience in HR system is a key advantage.
Sound communication skills and is confident and capable of public speaking activities.
Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation.
High analytical thinking and able to conceptualize innovative ideas and thoughts aligning it with people/employee’s aspirations and organization interest.
