Job Description

Business Function

Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure

Responsibilities

Ensuring activation and documentation credit control functions are aligned with internal policy and BI/OJK Regulation.
Performing verification on credit facility limit activation and collateral maintenance in bank’s core system (CLS and Murex) including to ensure that all the inputted data are aligned with approved credit memo and facility agreement.
Performing exceptional limit verification in IMEX system.
Supervise and ensuring that daily activation and documentation process is within agreed Service Level Agreement.
Ensuring proper safe kept and document handling for all credit approval documents, collateral documents and other credit related documents
Ensuring credit document’s approvals are appropriate with Delegation of Authority.
Ensuring that report submission to related parties are timely and accurate.
Minimizing defect ratio in activation & documentation control function with satisfy Audit result.
Establishing strong credit control function in Credit Control Unit Activation & Documentation team, to manage, supervise, motivating and coaching staff in order to build up an efficient, knowledgeable and professional team.
As leave cover for Head of Credit Control Unit.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in banking, including 5 years in credit control/credit administration
Good understanding on credit control process flow
Good risk control awareness
Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
Good understanding of credit, products and characteristics
Fluent in English (oral & written)
