Job Description

Freelance Recruiter will be working in Growth Center (Corp. HR Kompas Gramedia), in People Discovery & Engagement Division, with the main task of fulfilling the needs of talent in Growth Center, mainly (but not limited to) for creative team.

Responsibilities:
Be in charge in end-to-end recruitment process (from gathering needs to hire) for the need of talents in Growth Center, mainly, but not limited to, creative talents.

Liase with and assist project / team leaders on the needs of talent fulfillment.

Work independently with minimum guidance

Quick SLA on the entirety of recruitment process (+/- 1 week from end to end process)

As this is a freelance opportunity, you are welcome to handle other projects beside this opportunity from Growth Center. However, you are expected to manage your own time and set your own pace of work to fulfill the given target on tight timeline.
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

Preferably having experience in end-to-end recruitment process (from gathering needs to hire).

Preferably having experience in recruiting creative talents such as videographer, 2D / 3D graphic designer, etc

Willing to communicate well with related stakeholders such as project lead, supervisor, etc.

Adult worker; able to manage own time and work pace independently and yet also able to be trusted to meet the target
