We are looking for COE Kretek Engineer who will be based in Plant Sukorejo, Pasuruan.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Identify opportunities to improve products and processes, both quality and cost competitiveness.
Perform exploration study in elaborating several option of processes and machineries.
Lead validation, including commissioning, qualification and verification of new machineries and processes.
Coordinate implementation of new initiatives and conducting post implementation monitoring/evaluation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences
Have at least 2 years experience in Engineering or Manufacturing or Product/Process Development
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Active and creative with excellence analytical thinking
Agile and able to work well under pressure
Having solid knowledge of cigarette manufacturing is preferred
