Job Description

Continuously evaluating & monitoring projects to ensure the progress are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables

Coordinate discussion between users/ IT

Coordinate invitee availability prior to sending meeting invitation and provide heads-up to the invitee before the meeting.

Prepare minutes of meeting in detailed and structured manner.

Perform administrative tasks, such as to ensure documents are kept up-to-date, cleaning folder, raising e-approvals etc.

Support processing data and provide summary of the analysis.

Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Prepare presentation material using Power Point, Excel, Words.
Having minimum 2 years experiences in PMO or Business Analyst (BA) field

Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field

Highly skilled to operate Excel, Power Point, and Words

Good analytical skill

Good Negotiation skill

Self-driven and independent – Able to work with minimum supervision
