Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience with HRIS solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in Data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), and have basic programming skills
  • Critical Thinking and good communication skill.
  • Experienced as SAP administrator.

Job Description

  • Constantly monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement.
  • Provides relevant production support, which includes researching and resolving problems. This duty may also include performing system testing for updates.
  • Analyze and Report HRIS Data with gather HRIS data using built-in reporting tools or running SQL queries, then perform data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics.
  • System maintenance during system upgrades and patches, collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results.
  • Supporting Compensation and Benefit administrative related BPJS and employee absent.
  • Maintain Employee Self Service program and companywide ERP System (SAP)
