Responsibilities:
1. To resolve all request within required TAT
2. To ensure requests are resolved with good quality
3. To minimize internal error that leads to bank loss
4. To deliver excellent service for customer satisfaction
5. To achieve individual and team target

1. Good written and verbal communication skills
2. Good time management and prioritization skills
3. Problem solving and decision making skills
4. Ability to focus on details and validation of information
