Work closely with Researchers and Designers to craft informative microcopy for our products’ user interfaces.
Understand users’ profiles and establish a content guideline accordingly.
Use the right tone of voice to communicate with users.
Assist Technical Writers, Product Managers, and Designers in creating documentation for internal and external purposes.
Continuously evaluate and do copy testing in collaboration with relevant departments to track the performance and users’ pain points.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree from relevant majors, such as Literature, Visual or Marketing Communication, or Journalism.
1-3 years of experience in writing short-form copy in digital products is preferred.
Well-versed in English and Bahasa, both in written and verbal communications. Good presentation skills.
Certified in UX Writing, particularly from respectable institutions, is a plus.
Good with numbers, highly detail oriented, conscientious, neat, and a fast learner with an excellent service attitude.
Communicative and able to work as a team.
