Job Description

Jakarta Marketing Experienced / Entry Level

As Esports Operations, you will work closely with the team to execute esports-related campaigns that reach out to the gaming community. You will also have the opportunity to work with local and regional partners who are keen to tap into the vast mobile games market.

Job Description
  • Communicate with the community builder from end-to-end, starting from planning their event, during the event to create an offline tournament, and finally with reporting
  • Coordinate with partnership team if there’s a need for offline activation involving the community
  • Maps and maintains awareness of formal and informal community activity and provision, and work with the marketing team to share this information to raise awareness about the events and identify community assets and resources
  • Supports motivated individuals to transform ideas into action to create a good community event
  • Work with Esports and Community team to identify and encourages people who are natural leaders within the community
  • Coach and develop new community builders in such initiatives and/or enable potential community builders to co-design their own initiatives
  • Actively work with the marketing and publishing team to market and promotes the program within communities
  • You are also required to undertake any other duties within your capabilities as may be reasonably required
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
  • Proficient in Bahasa, Arabic, and English language both verbal and written
  • Experience of developing and working with groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive collaborator: highly motivated individual with grit and agility in driving impactful works and solving challenging problems
  • Open-minded communicator: able to communicate effectively across mediums without limiting potential alternatives; and able to convert data into resourceful insights
