Job Description

Location: Indonesia Indonesia
Work Type: Full Time

Job Description:

  • Manage & ensure company HSE policies are in line with Indonesian HSE Law (K3)
  • Responsible for Industrial Relation (Bipartit, Tripartit, & PHI)
  • Maintain good relations with Labor Union
  • Manage HSE Committee (P2K3)
  • Make regular report regarding HSE execution in the company (P2K3, HIRA, APAR/HYDRANT, APD, Nearmiss/Accident), industrial relation dispute, and compliance to HSE Policy
  • Directly supervise K3 Operator, Cleaning Service, and Security


Job Requirement:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Law/ Human Resource Management/ Industrial Engineering / other related major
  • Must have HSE Certification (AK3)
  • Understand Indonesian Labor Law, HSE Law, & Industrial Relation Law
  • Experience in Industrial Relation (Internal & External)
  • Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java
