Engineering Lead
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management (APAC/Indonesia)

What this job involves:
Oversee preventative maintenance program - Working with designated engineering vendors to perform scheduled preventative maintenance.

Vendor management - Working with vendor on various projects, PPM, reactive work orders as per client contract obligations.

Asset management - Monitor via PPM schedules critical and engineering assets to ensure optimum life span is achieved.

Reactive maintenance request - Working with the relevant vendor, ensure reactive maintenance requests are managed within the set timelines.

Small project management - Oversee small project management at client sites by liaising with vendors to ensure quality of work and health and safety requirements are reached.

Corrigo system management - Ensure vendors understand and work with the Corrigo system to ensure work orders assigned to them are picked up and actioned within the given timeframes.

KPI performance - Working with vendors to ensure key permanence indicators are achieved.

English language - Speaking and writing in English is mandatory.
