Job Specification
· Background in Electronics, Mechanics or Mechatronics
· Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken) and one of the following languages, business fluent or native language : German, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Chinese
· More than 2 years experiance in manufacturing environment.
· Active application of problem solving tools and methodology
· Specific knowledge in Project Management, Microsoft Applications (e.g Word, Excel, Access)
· Statistical data analysis tools
· Understanding of ERP system and manufacturing order management (good to have)
· Able to work independently but also actively as part of a team
· Willing and dare to make decision within area of reasonability looking at alternative viewpoints and considering potential ralted risks
· Identifies and prioritizes customer needs, recognizes constraints and delivers reliably on promises
· Outgoing and pleasant personality, able to moccunicate relevant and potential complex information and ideas clearly and convincingly
· Able to identify and separate out key components of problems and situations. Able to manipulate and interpret information from a range of sources, to spot patterns and trends in information and to deduce couse and effect from this. Can generate a range of creative solutions, evaluate them and choose the most appropriate option.
· Able to achieve results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective way and responds effectively to unforeseen events

Job Purpose
· Execute lean and efficient Equipment and Process Maintenance and Troubleshooting to ensure excellent Availability levels of various types of existing and released manufacturing equipment and processes.
· Establish of one technology area in order to achieve optimal Yield and to avoid up-planned downtime or delays in MO processing for a disturbance free Production
