About The Role
The growth analyst will be responsible for leading the organic growth of Merchant Supplies (MS). The analyst will focus on optimizing both internal and external channels within Grab to grow the business organically. The analyst will also have to learn how to present complex information in the simplest way possible for our merchants to learn about MS.
The analyst will work with lots of data sets to identify and prioritize which channels that we should focus on organic growth. There will be campaigns and promo to be maintained on supporting the growth as well. At the same time, there will be an expectation to support the product team in improving the app by providing insights from our merchants.
Being an early member of the team, you will help us set up the best practices for the growth of the business and will report to the merchant supplies manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative background is preferred (engineering, finance, mathematics)
A mix of good analytical thinking and great communication skill
Preferred with 1-2 years experience in growth, product marketing, or communication
Fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcome to apply
Ability to produce simple messages based on complex information to help our merchants to get used with the product

Bachelor Degree/Diploma Major in Information Technology/Information System.
Proven track record in OpenText support or familiar with SAP HCM, Oneforce.
