You are required to:
- University students or fresh graduate from any major (Korean education or literature student will be preferable).
- Have big understanding in Korean, both oral and verbal.
- People-oriented who able to communicate well.
- Positive and well-mannered.
- Flexible, detail oriented, professional, and technology-literated.
- Good understanding with learning syllabus.
- Experienced in teaching and/or have language test certification (EPS/TOPIK/etc.) is/are a plus.
In this position, you will:
- Conduct learning materials delivery based on curriculum and schedule to students.
- Control student’s progress and ensure their understanding in learning process.
- Manage online-class activities effectively to escalate student’s learning experience.
- Provide good interaction with students, such as asking questions and giving feedbacks.
