Principal Quality Operations Specialist - ( 2203443 )

Job Overview:

Over-all responsibility as Principle Quality Ops Specialist.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of Quality Plans & Inspection test Plans.
  • Monitor the Project QA/QC manning levels onshore and offshore
  • Monitoring Project specific audit program including its execution and trend analysis.
  • Preparation of QA/QC procedures & Assign QA/QC staff to the project.
  • Manage Project Quality Control activities during the construction stage.
  • Take the lead role in Identification, issuance Non-Conformity reports (NCR), monitoring resolutions (correction and corrective actions) & closure.
  • Determine and select opportunities for improvement and implement any necessary actions to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct Quality awareness sessions for construction quality personnel.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Current international certification (i.e., IRCA or ASQ) as a Quality Auditor, or
  • equivalent, for the 2015 version of ISO 9001.
  • Ten (10) or more years of direct work experience as a QA Manager of capital projects quality,
  • Possess ISO 9001 -2015 QMS certification requirements,
  • Managing a minimum of thirty (40) site quality Personnel).
  • Five (5) or more years in managing quality of capital projects related to the
  • Contract scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects).
  • Ability to conduct / interpret, audit, apply professional judgment on capital project QMS requirements and engineering standards.
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for day to day communication with COMPANY.
  • Experience Min 10 years working experience as a Construction Quality Manager or Coordinator
  • Education Bachelor Degree, Lead Auditor certificates
