Job Description

Jakarta, Indonesia full time The role is designed to facilitate the company settlement process and also provides assistance to the various functional managers in day to day running activities of the team.
What you will do:

  • Oversee and proactively manage administrative functions.
  • Provide or source advice, technical expertise and operational support to managers on a wide variety of business matters, including HR, finance, tax and procurement.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations such as Office and IT Infrastructure management and Corporate Travel Management.
  • Represent the company in state bodies as a company representative , communicate with governmental bodies within the framework set by the HQ functional managers - Legal and GR departments.
  • Act as an authorized signatory person for corporate documents, agreements and contracts with the local network of partners, official reports for state bodies, company guarantee letters, etc.
  • Resolve questions with local partners and state bodies in accordance with the framework and internal procedures set by the HQ Team.
  • Assist to the Finance Division with opening bank accounts, maintaining relationships with banks
  • Bookkeeping and assisting the HR Accounting team with monthly reportings, help facilitate and maintain the partnerships with outsourced CPA and financial advising partners.
  • Liaison with the Business Development Team
  • Support the HQ and local Business Development team by processing the request for office and vendors search, travel arrangements, equipment procurement and other services needed to launch the product and expand the market.

What we expect from you:

  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills
  • Sound computer skills (Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills with solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and activities as well as prioritising work
  • Ability for identifying urgent tasks and see opportunity to enhance process
  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, including contractor management
  • Experience in risk management and compliance preferrable
  • Anticipate the needs of various functional managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
