What You Will Do

  • Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
  • Contact references and perform background checks
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Process paperwork
  • The completion of construction or renovation of buildings and facilities
  • Level of satisfaction in each department with the GA
  • The duration it takes to apply for a legal permit
  • Number of public protests against company decisions in a year
  • The cleanliness of the office environment

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in psychology, legal, or management
  • Strong knowledge of integrated HR framework and general affairs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, email and online applications
  • Ability to maintain of high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong time management
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
  • Good Communication in English both oral and written
  • Able to work in team or individuals
