Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up, maintaining and implement upgrades of HRIS
Process and update all changes to HRIS i.e. new hires, transfers and other employee record maintenance ensuring integrity and consistency of the data and maximizing the effective usage of the system
Proactively changing or designing new tools/processes/work flow for improving HRIS and HR service level
Deliver timely, accurate and informative HR reports to various stakeholders related but not limited to headcount management, turnover, and other ad hoc reports as needed
Ensure the configuration of HRIS to enforce the security access to data according to the applicable regulation and compliance policy
Provide solutions to questions or problems regarding HRIS and its interface with vendors when required to resolve issues
Spearhead innovate analyses to drive business decision and measure of HR initiative
Perform regular audits of all information in the system to ensure accuracy and consistency
develop and implementation of data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics to provide people trends and insights to the rest of the organization
Job Specification:
Bachelor's degree in Information System or related discipline, with at least 2 years in business analyst experience
Have proficiency in HRIS (Workday) would be a plus
Have proficiency in troubleshooting issues and effectively determining solution
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and project management skill
Ability to develop strategic recommendations
