Job Descriptions:

Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields.
Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.
Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.
Good communication and hardworking nature.
Able to make Maintenance Mechanical Building Budget and Work plan.
Willing to be placed in ITC Fatmawati, Jakarta.
