Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Internal Communication & Engagement, your job is to create strategic plan for internal communication and employee engagement that align with Blibli.com’s vision, mission, goals and culture. You will also be responsible to assure the development & execution of internal communication and employee engagement strategy within the organization that will result in high employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Bachelor degree in Communication, English, Advertising, Broadcasting, Public Relations, Business Administration, Media Studies, Journalistic, Media Relations, Digital Marketing or Hospitality with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Having 5-8 years of experience on managerial level, preferably from digital industry

Good design skill (Basic Adobe Illustrator)

Good in writing and communication skill

Strong leadership skill and have the experience in handling team
