Job Description

Requirement:

  • Diploma's or Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Contact Center as Quality Assurance
  • Experience in Content Moderation more preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English fluently
  • Reporting Skill (to client and superior)."Excel & PPT"
  • Excellent Analytical skill

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp3,800,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
