Job Description

  • Leads the operation of the unit ensuring that needed corporate services – janitorial, utilities, maintenance, and pantry - in support to the operation of the company are provided accordingly.
  • Leads the administration and maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Leads the protection of company personnel and property in coordination with the security agency
  • Building & Service Management

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of work experience in the general affairs/services department
  • Has good leadership skills, can motivate others to follow set rules and regulations
  • Experience in building and facilities maintenance companies
  • Bachelor Degree in any major
