We are looking for Line Coordinator who will be part of our team, based in Karawang.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Coordinate and lead Production shift team with the aim of achieving and
improving the key performance indicators
  • Create an autonomous, efficient and highly motivated team by ensuring active
involvement, execution and development of all team members on the daily
management systems
  • Ensures continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment
  • Ensure regular review of implemented standards, daily management systems
and practices
  • Ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A self-driven professional with university degree any major
  • A fluent English speaker
  • Overall Experience: 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing
  • Specific Experience: 2 years on maintaining or operating equipment
  • Ensures continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment
and fix the minor quality and operational troubles
  • Knowledge production systems MES, MPA, SPA
  • Knowledge of SAP, MINT, etc. will be an advantage
  • Knowledge and skills in applying lean production tools
  • Basic user skills of work with MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
